20. Termination

This User Agreement can be terminated by you or COWBERRY. You can end it anytime by discontinuing site use, while COWBERRY can terminate it without notice, immediately denying you access. Such termination will not make COWBERRY liable. Upon termination, you must destroy downloaded materials and copies. Obligations like paying for already ordered products and liabilities stay valid.

21. General Provisions

• Force Majeure: COWBERRY isn't in default for obligations due to unforeseen events like natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, etc.
• Entire Agreement: This Agreement supersedes prior agreements and pertains to the entire subject matter.
• Effect of Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver. If a provision is invalid, the rest stands.
• Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement follows Indian laws, and disputes fall under Surat jurisdiction.
• Domestic Use: COWBERRY products and website are primarily meant for use in India. Users outside India assume responsibility for local law compliance.
• Assignment: You can't transfer your rights and obligations, but COWBERRY can.
