Return and Refund Policy

1. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free shipping across India for orders above Rs 800. We ship all over India where a courier service is available.
  • Next Day Delivery in Surat* - Order should be placed before 2pm
  • Items will be shipped within 24 hours and delivery will take up to 2-3 days depending on the delivery address.

* Valid for certain pincodes only

2. Delivery Area Limitations

We strive to deliver our products to as many areas as possible, but unfortunately, there are some locations that fall outside of our current delivery capabilities. If your address is in an area not serviced by our delivery partners, we regretfully cannot fulfill orders to that location at this time. If you've made a payment but realize your delivery address falls outside our coverage zone, you can request a refund, and we will promptly process it.

3. Product Unavailability

While we strive to maintain a robust inventory of our products, there may be rare occasions where certain items become unavailable after an order has been placed. If this happens with your order, we will notify you promptly of the refund processing.

4. Defective Packaging Resolution

While we take great care in packaging our items to prevent any damage during transit, we acknowledge that occasional defects in packaging may occur. If you receive a product with defective packaging kindly verify the same in presence of our delivery personnel. Please upload a picture/photograph of the issue within 12 hours on your account with www.cowberry.world. Our team at COWBERRY will carefully assess the situation and take appropriate action, which may include replacing the product or initiating a refund process in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.

5. Exchange and Return Process

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you are dissatisfied with a product you've received, we offer a hassle-free exchange/return process.

Exchanges and returns are only allowed in the following unlikely cases :

  • Packets that have live or dead weevils or where the product has gone bad at the time of delivery.
  • Packets that are torn or not sealed properly at the time of delivery.
  • Products have expired by the time of delivery.
  • Missing items, wrong products or excess charges must be reported within 12 hours of the purchase alongwith the original copy of the invoice.

Proof of bill and original packaging must be provided at the time of exchange. Once used, products will be ineligible for exchange or return.

For SPOT Return/ Return at the time of delivery:

Step 1:Return the items directly to the Delivery Person.
Step 2:Notify our Customer Care on the same day of delivery to initiate a return request
Step 3:Our representative will get in touch with you, and discuss on the possibilities of return request
Step 4:Ensure the item is securely packed in its original condition if approved for the return by the representative
Step 5:Our logistics partner will arrange a pickup or provide clear return instructions.
Step 6:Once the returned item is received, we will carefully assess its condition and process the refund accordingly.

For Return within 24 hrs:

You have 24 hrs after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can call us on 180012128000 or email us at [email protected]. Return request will be reviewed by the COWBERRY team. After approval, the return will be processed. After the product is received, it is verified against your claims and then refund is initiated.

6. Cancellations

  • An order cancellation request will be accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped by us. We will be unable to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped.
  • If request for cancellation is accepted, you are entitled to get a refund of the entire amount.
  • COWBERRY reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed due to various reasons including but not limited to, the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.

7. Refund Processing

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within maximum 15 days. In case of Cancellations, if product is not shipped, we initiate the refund immediately.

Shipping charges and packing charges cannot be refunded in any case.

Products under this category are non-returnable due to consumable nature of the Products. However, in an unlikely event of you having concerns with the quality, freshness, physical condition of the Product or if the Product delivered is different from what was ordered basis the Product description displayed on COWBERRY website, you may return the Product on door-step delivery or you may contact COWBERRY customer care for resolution within 24 hours of the delivery of the Product for the above mentioned reasons.

Raising a request for resolution beyond 24 hours of order delivery will result in your request being rejected.

Fruit & Vegetables ( Fresh Fruits, Fresh Vegetables, Herbs & Seasonings, Exotic Fruits & Vegetables )

Non-Returnable

Products under this category are non-returnable due to consumable nature of the Products. However, in an unlikely event of you having concerns with the quality, freshness, physical condition of the Product delivered or if the Product delivered is different from what was ordered basis the Product description displayed on COWBERRY website, you may return the Product on door-step delivery or you may contact COWBERRY customer care for resolution within 24 hours of the delivery of the Product for the above mentioned reasons.
